Unlike SGO and parishioner Educational Assistance envelopes, which assist with tuition and unexpected needs, the Learning Lions Fund directly supports school operations—teachers, staff, classroom needs, facilities, and utilities. Since it is an annual fund, your gift will be used right away in the same school year!
When you donate to the St. Mark Catholic School SGO fund you not only help students in need with tuition cost, but you also get a 50% tax credit on your Indiana tax return! For example, if you donate $5000, you get a $2500 tax credit on your Indiana State Taxes! Also you get the normal Federal tax deduction as well!
