Mission Statement
Teaching as Jesus taught, St. Mark Catholic School, as a ministry of St. Mark Parish, will value the unique gifts of each individual by providing academic challenges, promoting physical, mental, and spiritual well-being, and instilling motivation to become life-long learners and disciples of God.

Music

All students in Pre-K-8 attend music class 1-2 times a week. They learn the different aspects of singing as individuals and as a choir. Music is also a part of the All School Masses and students can sing as cantors and part of the parish youth choir. The Music department puts on 2 musicals a year, one at Christmas and one in the Spring. 

Physical Education

All students in grades K-8 take part in PE classes 2 times a week,  every week of the school year. Emphasis is put on conditioning, athletics skills, hand-eye coordination and team sports.  Students are encouraged to use their newfound athletic skills in St. Mark CYO team Sports.

Art

The art program at St. Mark Catholic School allows all students in grades Pre-K through to use their artistic expressions to create works of art that are representative of creative minds. 

Technology Immersion
 

St. Mark Catholic School is blessed to have state of the art technology for students to prepare for learning in the future. Two wireless internet networks are in place to handle the over 170 Chrome books and 30 iPads used in the classrooms. The computer lab is also used to teach keyboarding, Google Docs and web-based learning activities.
